اغتصاب الأطفال ليس مرض نفسي Child rape is not a mental illness

  مبدأيا كده لازم أنوه على نقطتين                                                          In principle, I have to make two points

 من التدخل ومحاسبة هذا الشخص                             From interfering and holding this person accountable

 والحاجة التانية وهي القدرة العقلية                                                                The second need is mental ability

 وهذه على أساسها نحدد إذا كان                                                                          On this basis, we determine if

المريض عنده القدرة العقلية انه ياخد                                      The patient has the mental ability that he takes

 علاجه أو انه مسئول عن تصرفاته                                                 Treat him or be responsible for his actions

لو عمل اي مشكلة او اي جريمة                                                    If he committed any problem or any crime,

ومش اي انسان مريض نفسي يعني                                                     And not any mentally ill person, I mean

 انه فاقد للاهلية ويرفع عنه العقاب                                           He is incompetent and the punishment is lifted

مهما فعل لا هذا خطأ بحجة انه                         Whatever he does, no, this is wrong, on the pretext that he is

مريض نفسي ومثال ذلك أن انسان                                Psychiatric patient, for example, that a human being

سريع الغضب والعصبية فتشاجر مع                                      Quick to anger and nervous, so he quarrels with

رجل فقتله فهل هذا يعتبر مريض نفسي ؟                       ? A man killed him, is this considered a mental illness 

 ولا يعاقب لا وذلك لأن العصبية لا تفقده        And he is not punished, because nervousness does not lose him

السيطرة على نفسه                                                                                                                  control himself

ماهو حب ممارسة الجنس مع الاطفال؟                                                      What is the love of sex with children

يعني شخص بالغ عاقل عنده                                                                                           It means a sane adult

ميول جنسي للاطفال                                                                                        Children's sexual orientation

والموضوع بيكون مستمر                                                                                And the topic will be ongoing

هناك اضطرابات نفسية كثيرةلانستطيع                      There are many psychological disorders that we cannot

تحديد سببها لكن من نتائج الابحاث                                Determine its cause, but from the results of research

اتضح انه غالبا امر وراثي  في العائلة                  It turns out that it is often a hereditary thing in the family

وعلاج ذلك المرض ليس من السهل                                                                It is not easy to cure this disease

ان يذهب احد للدكتور ويفضح نفسه                                For someone to go to the doctor and expose himself

فغالبا يكون في السجن اذا قبض عليه متلبسا                           He is often in prison if he is caught red-handed

لان الشخص الذي يسجن في قضية كهذه                 Because the person who is imprisoned in a case like this

يتم علاجه اجباري في السجن وبيكون                                        Compulsory treatment in prison and will be

عبارة عن شقين اولا علاج سلوكي معرفي           It consists of two parts, first, cognitive behavioral therapy

يعني نحاول نفهمه خطورة هذا الفعل             I mean, we are trying to understand the seriousness of this act

وماهي ابعاده وانه يضع نفسه مكان الضحية                        What are his dimensions and that he puts himself in the place of the victim

وان يتخيل الضحية حياتها بتتدمر ازاي بسببه                    And if the victim imagines her life being destroyed because of him

وبياخد علاج هرموني يعني بيتخصوا كيميائيا   And he takes hormonal treatment, that is, they are chemically castrated

وليس شرطا ان ينتهي الشخص المغتصب                                                  It is not a condition for the rapist to end

بعد العلاج لانه كما قلنا ليس مرض يفقد   هAfter treatment because, as we said, it is not a disease that loses it

الاهليه وعدم التحكم والا كان استجاب للعلاج

Eligibility and lack of control, otherwise he would have responded to treatment

لكن اذا اتضح بعد الفحص الطبي انه يعاني من فصام But if it turns out after the medical examination that he suffers from schizophrenia,

فهذا يعتبر مجنون ولا يحاسب ولكن يحجز في مستشفى طب نفسيThis is considered crazy and is not held accountable, but is detained in a psychiatric hospital

وهناك بعض الدراسات وجدت بعض الصفات في الأشخاص دي، زي انهم قصار القامة وبيكتبوا باليد اليسرى ومستوى ذكائهم اقل من العامة. طبعا ده مش شرط اساسي لكنها مجرد ملاحظات لبعض الدراسات.

There are some studies that found some characteristics in these people, such as that they are short in stature, write with the left hand, and their level of intelligence is lower than that of the general public. Of course, this is not a prerequisite, but it is just notes for some studies.
